Glenn started is culinary career with a 3 year scholarship under the meticulous guidance of Raymond blanc at the culinary institute that is Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons

 

Glenn has also worked for Elite high performing athletes with time in F1 aswell as nutrition lead for a host of premier league footballers and GB Olympic athletes
